Sedona Elopement Photographer

Looking to plan an elopement in Sedona but not sure where to start? I’m Katrina Wallace, a longtime local Sedona elopement photographer. Having grown up in Sedona and raised my family here, I know this beautiful place inside and out. Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of couples plan easy, stress-free weddings in Sedona, and I’d love to help you make your special day unforgettable!

I specialize in elopement photography that captures authentic emotions and moments so that when you see your wedding photos, you’ll be taken back to what it felt like on your wedding day vs just what it looked like

My editing style is true-to-life so that your photos will be timeless. I stay away from dark and brown or super light and overly bright trends in wedding photography.

Reach out to us, and we’ll guide you to the perfect location for your Sedona wedding.

Bell Rock Sedona Elopements

A couple sits on the red rocks and kisses during their Sedona elopement photography session.

A bride holds her grooms hand while she walks down a trail with Bell Rock behind her after their Sedona elopement at Bell Rock.

Bell Rock is one of the most accessible locations in Sedona, offering some of the most stunning views. Just a short 10-minute walk brings you to breathtaking 360-degree views, perfect for your elopement. The area offers a wide variety of backdrops, with trails that split off in several directions, leading to different beautiful spots.

We tailor our recommendations based on your specific needs. For instance, if you have elderly guests, we’ll suggest an easy-to-reach spot at Bell Rock. For more agile couples and guests who don’t mind a bit of a walk, we know quieter, more secluded spots that are perfect for an intimate ceremony.

Elopements at Enchantment Resort

A white wedding veil surrounds a couple while they embrace and with closed eyes. The red rock formations at Enchantment Resort are in the background.

Enchantment Resort is a gorgeous resort and tucked in Boynton Canyon. The towering red rocks makes it an ideal place to stay for your elopement. While you can check with the resort for their most current policy on having weddings at Enchantment Resort, for elopements, we’d also recommend the surrounding trails that the resort gives you access to for your ceremony.

Red Rock Crossing elopements

A couple kisses while holding their puppy dog after their elopement ceremony at Crescent Moon Ranch. The Cathedral Rock formation is in the background with the lush green of trees.

Red Rock Crossing is our easy to access location for elopements or micro weddings that require an easy to get to spot with beautiful views. It is also surrounded by a beautiful array of locations for photos. From lush green tree lined Oak Creek with beautiful Cathedral Rock in the background to vistas make for dramatic locations for red rock views, it’s a location where the ceremony can be easy for the couple (and a small number of guests) to attend and can be followed up with many more photos in and directly around the areal.

A couple holds each other during their elopement photos at Cathedral Rock.

Cathedral Rock is an iconic location in Sedona. It’s no wonder that this spot is so popular for tourists and couples looking to elope in Sedona. We plan for 3-4 hours for shooting and hiking and the hiking is fairly intense in parts. It’s easy to get to the half way point where there are beautiful views without a difficult hike.

To go to the top is a bit more for adventurous couples with hiking shoes. 🙂 We don’t recommend ceremonies on the “saddle” because it can be come quite busy there with both tourists and with other photo shoots. There are specific spots off the main trail that are quieter and away from tourists along the way up that we use as intimate ceremony locations. While the “ledge” on the saddle is coveted by both tourists and photographers, there are many gorgeous spots all along the way up and on the saddle that give an array of views.

If you don’t hike often or are skittish around heights, we have other locations we can recommend for your Sedona Adventure elopement!

L’Auberge has several ceremony sites on their property and Serenity Point is the most popular for elopements. It’s located on the most souther point of the property and is usually very quiet and intimate, perfect for a romantic elopement on the red rocks with the sounds of Oak Creek.

This picture perfect resort also has multiple locations that are perfect for micro weddings. From the Garden Lawn with it’s red rock views to the Cottageside Lawn and the Creek House nestled along Oak Creek, you’ll find L’Auberge to be an ideal location for micro weddings.
